Job Description
We are looking for qualified candidate to fill for the position below.
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Proactively engage with prospective residents/tenants
- Deliver engaging property tours and highlight building amenities and services
- Follow up with leads through phone, email, and social media
- Negotiate leases/sales terms
- Maintain strong relationships with existing tenants/residents for referrals and renewals
- Take steps in marketing, by promoting on social media and all platforms possible
Job Requirements
- Experience in real estate, leasing, or property management
- Proficiency in Khmer, English, and possibly Chinese (additional languages is an advantage)
